Over the past two years, we have been proud to achieve several significant milestones. While our primary focus last year was on developing our township and residential projects, we also took the opportunity to explore and expand into diverse areas of construction. This included undertaking unique projects in interiors, sports turfs, and restaurant development.
These ventures reflect our commitment to innovation, versatility, and delivering quality across different segments of the construction industry. All of these distinctive projects were initiated in November 2025 and successfully completed by the first week of March 2026, marking an important phase of growth and accomplishment for our team.

Built with a vision to create an elevated sporting experience, the project blends innovative engineering, modern aesthetics, and high-performance functionality. Positioned above the city skyline, the turf offers a unique environment where sports, leisure, and lifestyle come together.
Designed as a premium multi-sport arena, Mayan’s Sky Turf creates an energetic yet safe playing atmosphere. The elevated location provides open views and refreshing airflow, enhancing the overall playing experience.
The enclosed high-net structure ensures uninterrupted gameplay while maintaining safety standards. Carefully positioned lighting systems enable vibrant night matches, transforming the space into a lively sporting hub after sunset.

Dumont Creamery is more than just an ice cream shop — it is a thoughtfully designed experience where flavour, ambience, and craftsmanship come together. Conceptualised and executed by Mayan Construction, the space reflects a modern lifestyle aesthetic that is warm, inviting, and visually memorable.
